Finley River Park is Ozark's most used and developed park.  Located along the Finley River
   north of the old mill, the approximately forty acre park offers facilities for baseball, softball, volleyball,tennis, picnicing, and playground equipment.  The Park also contains a walking trail along the river.  The community facility (4-H Building) can be used for family reunions, meetings etc.
   Camping and electrical hook-ups are available as well.  Due to the encompassing nature of
   activities in this park, it accommodates users of all ages and physical abilities.  The Finley River
   Park is operated through a partnership between the City of Ozark, the Ozark Booster Club, and
   the Agricultural and Mechanical Society.

    Finley River Park Mowing Schedule
   
    Monday - All Day
- the ball fields and areas of the park east of the park road.
    Thursday - 8 a.m. - noon - the park area between the river and the park road.

   We would appreciate your cooperation in keeping these areas clear so mowing can be done in a
   timely manner.

    Neal W. Grubaugh Park and Municipal Pool is a twenty-acre park located near the 
   intersection of N 10th St and E Parkview Ave.  This park is home to the city pool and bathhouse,
   which is open all summer long.  It also contains a playground and a pavilion for picnicing, as well
   as a trail for walking or biking.  The newest addition to the park is a 10-hole disc golf course.
   Neal Grubaugh Park is named after Ozark's 8th mayor.  Mr. Grubaugh helped obtain the park land
   for the residents of Ozark and was instrumental in the bond passing to build the pool.  When you
   see Neal or his wife Betty, be sure to express your appreciation.  Another unique feature is that
   this is a Missouri Native Park.  This means that only plants native to Missouri will be
   planted and marked with a colorful identification plate.

    Apple Creek Park 
is a neighborhood park located north of E McCracken Rd on N 15th Ave.  The
   park covers more than a half-acre of land.  Picnic tables, playground equipment, a half-
   basketball court, and plenty of open space are all available at Apple Creek Park.

    Chickasaw Woods Park covers over an acre of land and is
located just west of the 
intersection of S 18th Ave and E Samuel J St.  This neighborhood park provides open space, a
   swingset, and picnic tables.

    South Fork Park
is a two-acre neighborhood park located in the southern part of Ozark near
   the 200 block of W Warren Ave.  South Fork Park contains a playground area and plenty of
   open space.
