The City of Ozark is soliciting Sealed Request for Proposals to Purchase:
ONE (1) 2014 FORD POLICE INTERCEPTOR UTILITY AWD
Sealed Proposals marked “Sealed Request for Proposal-Police Department Vehicle” will be accepted until 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 25, 2013. A Public Bid opening shall be held at that date and time at the Ozark City Hall, 205 N. 1st Street, Ozark, Missouri. The lowest and most responsible proposal will be awarded thereafter by the City of Ozark Board of Aldermen. Late or unsealed submittals may be disqualified from consideration. The City of Ozark reserves the right to award or reject all proposals and to waive any informality in the bidding process. Specification information can be obtained by contacting the Department of the City Clerk at (417) 581-2407. Specifications for the Request for Proposals can be obtained from the City’s Website www.ozarkmissouri.com. Send Sealed Proposals to Ozark City Hall, City Clerk’s Office, 205 N. 1st Street, P.O. Box 295, Ozark, Missouri 65721.
STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS ENGINEERING SERVICES REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS
FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES
The City of Ozark is requesting a sealed Statement of Qualifications for Engineering Services. This sealed Statement of Qualifications will assist in the selection process to obtain professional Engineering Services for a proposed ADA standard 1300 foot long sidewalk project. If your firm is interested in the possibility of providing these professional services for the City of Ozark, please submit your sealed Statement of Qualifications and Letter of Interest.
Please submit to the Office of the City Clerk. These may either be hand delivered to 205 N. 1st Street, or mailed to P.O. Box 295, Ozark, Missouri, 65721 by July 17, 2013, at 2:00 p.m. Any questions may be directed to the Public Works Director or the City Clerk at (417) 581-2407.
