Requests for records are processed through the Municipal Court Clerk’s office. The office will respond to requests for records within three business days after a request is received. Please be aware that older records are stored in archive and may take some additional time to retrieve. The Court Administrator will give you an estimated time on those cases within three business days after a request is received.
To Make a Request
A request is made by simply filling out a Records Request Form. You may mail the form to 102 West Brick, Ozark, MO 65721, deliver it in person to 201 B East Brick, fax it to (417) 581-0695, or by email. In order to assure the fulfilling of your request, all requests for records must be submitted on this form. There may be minimal charges for these requests. The Court Administrator will notify you of these when responding to your request upon receipt of the records form.
Please be as specific as possible when making your request as it often makes the retrieval time faster.
