Pool Rules

The Manager on duty may issue a pool time out or may suspend any person from the pool without a refund whose actions jeopardize the safety or enjoyment of others. 

  • No outside food or drink. Concessions items must be eaten and remain in the concessions area
  • No refunds or rain checks. In the event we close the pool early for inclement weather, a day pass to The OC will be issued, but must be used that same day.
  • Only swimwear allowed to be worn in the pool.
  • Ages 11 and under must be accompanied by an adult
  • Swim diapers must be worn (available for purchase).
  • Alcohol, tobacco products, glass, or chewing gum are not allowed within pool grounds.
  • No person with a skin rash or irritation may enter the pool.
  • Rafts, inner tubes, and large floating objects are prohibited. Blow-up water wings are deemed unsafe by the American Red Cross and therefore are not allowed.
  • Running and horseplay are prohibited.
  • No re-entry allowed without paying for another day pass.
  • Life jackets may be worn, but a parent or guardian must be in the water within arm’s reach with them.
  • No life jackets or goggles are to be worn on the large slide, and no parents may wait at the bottom to catch their children.
  • No profanity or obscene gestures allowed.
