Water Exercise Class

Dive into a refreshing and invigorating experience with our Senior Water Exercise Class! This unique aquatic fitness program is specifically designed for older adults seeking a low-impact yet highly effective workout. Held in our heated indoor pool, participants will delight in the buoyancy of the water, which reduces joint stress and minimizes the risk of injury.

Schedule:

  • Mondays & Wednesdays | 9 am, 10 am & 6:30 pm 
  • Tuesdays & Thursdays | 8 am & 9 am

Senior Fit

A dynamic and engaging exercise program tailored to meet the needs of active older adults looking to improve their strength, flexibility, and overall fitness levels from the comfort of a chair. This class is thoughtfully designed to provide a safe and effective workout, ensuring that every participant can benefit, regardless of their fitness level or physical limitations.

Gentle Yoga & Stretch

A soothing and rejuvenating fitness program specially designed for seniors seeking to enhance their flexibility, balance, and inner peace. In this welcoming and inclusive environment, participants will discover the healing power of yoga combined with gentle stretching techniques tailored to meet the unique needs and capabilities of older adults.

Fitness & Fellowship

A unique and uplifting program designed to promote physical well-being and foster meaningful social connections among our beloved senior community members. More than just a workout, this class combines exercise with the joy of companionship, creating a supportive environment where participants can thrive both physically and emotionally.
