[ARCHIVED] 2014 Dog Licenses and Dog Etiquette

All dogs over the age of three (3) months must be licensed. You may purchase dog tags at Ozark City Hall located at 205 N. 1ST ST. If you have any questions, please call the City Clerk's Office at (417) 581-2407. Dog Licenses are $4.00 for each dog or $2.50 if the animal is spayed or neutered. Proof of Rabies Vaccination must be presented at time of licensing and maintained for the year.

All dogs residing inside Ozark City Limits should now be displaying their 2014 Dog Tag.

The City of Ozark does have a leash law. If your dog is outside and not in an enclosed yard it must be on a leash. Please do not let your animal run at large at anytime. It is unsafe for the dog and unsafe for the public. If an animal is picked up by animal control the Owner will be subject to fines and/or costs.
Please help to keep Ozark clean. When taking any dog out on a leash please pick up their messes and dispose of them properly.
Please keep your animals healthy and safe, which will also keep all of the citizens in our community safe.
Thank You.
