Fitness Center Information
The fitness center includes treadmills, bikes, stair masters, cross-training machines, row machines, and free weights. You can also enjoy a cardio-entertainment system while you work out. The fitness center also includes an aerobics and indoor cycling studio.  
Classes are free for members and are included in your day pass for $7. Some classes cost extra, but they will indicate such.

I believe in educating, motivating and supporting my clients to obtain a healthier existence through the perfect marriage between both physical activity and healthy eating. I desire each and every person to feel strong, both physically and mentally, secure and confident in themselves. They say if you love to do something, make it your job, and you will never work a day in your life. That is what fitness is to me, I'm so very blessed!

My goal as a trainer is to teach those I work with how to take responsibility for their health and fitness. I believe that a healthy lifestyle consisting of proper exercise and eating habits improves our quality of life, both physically and mentally, at any age or fitness level. I believe that being fit will help us be our best at the things that matter most to us. I became a trainer because I enjoy seeing people make positive changes in their lives. I strive to help individuals achieve their goals by offering a fun and challenging exercise program.

I have always enjoyed pushing myself to the next level, no matter if it's working out or playing sports. I have always been athletic growing up. I worked very hard and earned a scholarship for basketball. With my determination and motivational attitude, I promise I can make your workouts fun, while helping you achieve your fitness goals. I will strive to help guide you to get into shape safely and effectively. I truly care about each and every client I have worked with. I want to help you succeed to reach your personal goals. I will work with you to help improve your body composition, strength, endurance, flexibility, stress level or any other factors that will help you look and feel better about yourself.

I grew up on the sunny beaches of Florida and enjoyed living near the ocean. Even though I am a Florida girl at heart, I have fallen in love with the Ozarks and all the people I have gotten to know here. I am a personal trainer who works with people to help them set and reach their fitness and health related goals. I believe that no two people are the same and each client deserves an individualized program that works with their lifestyle. I know it is a challenge to balance fitness with all the other areas of your life, and I will design a program for you that will make it worth your time. I would love to help you reach your personal goals, and help you begin to experience the benefits of a healthier you. Will it be easy? No. Worth it? Absolutely!

Any trainer can put you through a tough workout, but I will combine nutrition guidance and a tailored just-for-you workout to get ultimate results. Whether your goal is weight loss, strength training, postpartum training, working out after physical therapy, or training for your first triathlon, I would be honored to be your trainer!
