I am a new certified personal trainer and a part of the OC training staff. I look forward to helping you achieve your fitness goals, whether you are a beginner or an established athlete. I was a two-sport athlete in college: football and track and field. I am a retired educator with many years of experience as a coach in football, track and field, and swimming. I have over 45 years of lifting, swimming, and exercise experience to share with you. Although retired, I swim 4-5 miles a week, lift weights, and ride a bike daily. As a personal trainer, I will be honored to help you achieve your fitness goals! I look forward to working with you collaboratively to help and guide you on your fitness journey.
