Aldermen for Ward III

Over 25 years of living inside the Ozark city limits learning the culture, over 20 years working in the security industry providing peace of mind, over 23 years of marriage with children learning patience and over 35 years of walking with the Creator, Savior and King of Kings, Jesus Christ.  

Proverbs 29:2 says, “When the righteous increase, the people rejoice, but when the wicked rule, the people groan.” ESV. 

Will strive with the people of Ozark for rightness. Will promote personal responsibility and encourage free enterprise.  Believes that government exists to serve the people, not burden them.  We are all under God’s authority and must work towards Liberty and Justice for All. 

James was appointed by the current Mayor, Don Currence. 

Eddie has served on Ozark City Boards since 2008. In 2010, he was elected to the Board of Aldermen for Ward III and even served as President of the Board. Eddie's desire is to see more of our citizens become engaged in their local government.

Eddie met his high school sweetheart, Tresea, in 1971, and they got married on January 6, 1972. They have two grown kids and four grown grandkids. Eddie worked in coal mines and power plant construction for 21 years throughout the United States. In 1993, he moved his family to Ozark and started working in commercial construction for 27 years. Eddie and Tresea bought their current home in Ward III in 2004.

• Residents should have a high quality of life.
• Our government is run by the people and for the people.

I am a Faith-Family-Flag Conservative. Voting and getting involved is essential to maintaining the integrity of the government.
