We shall proactively cultivate our strong educational, economic, and natural resource opportunities.  City government cannot provide all the solutions and is only one of many partners; including the business community, educational providers, neighborhood groups, civic/non-profit organizations and other governmental entities; that must work together to realize our vision.   .
