Robertson Road WorkPhase 1 - Water Main Improvements (Board of Aldermen Approved)

Starting June 2025, construction crews will begin installing 2,083 feet of new 8-inch water main along the Robertson Street corridor, along with 31 new service connections. The project is expected to take about 90 days to complete. During this time, road detours will be in place, and some temporary water service interruptions will occur. Affected residents will receive advance notice before any scheduled water shutoffs.

Phase 2 - Infrastructure Improvements (Scheduled to go before the Board of Aldermen)

Pending board approval, the proposed plan is to begin sidewalk, curb, gutter, and stormwater improvements along the Robertson Street corridor in the Fall of 2025. This would include 2,200 feet of 6' sidewalks, 1,805 feet of new curb and gutter, and 1,190 feet of storm sewer.

Phase 3 - Road Improvements (Scheduled to go before the Board of Aldermen)

Pending board approval, the proposed plan is to begin overlaying the street with asphalt and conducting site restoration efforts in the Spring of 2026. This would include 3,420 feet of rehabilitated roadway.

The estimated completion date for all three phases is late spring 2026. Certain variables, such as board approval and weather conditions, could impact this timeline. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Public Works Department at 417-581-1702.
