Chief Justin Arnold graduated from the FBI National Command Course (NCC) Session #4 on May 19, 2023, in Woodbridge, Virginia.
The NCC is part of the FBI's strategic leadership program, which services law enforcement agencies with 50 or fewer sworn law enforcement officers. Currently, in the United States, nearly 85% of all law enforcement agencies have less than 50 sworn law enforcement officers.
During the NCC, law enforcement attendees collaborated on various current law
enforcement challenges such as strategic leadership, officer wellness, and community engagement, amongst other opportunities. Attendees also took part in George Washington Leadership Institute at Mount Vernon, numerous sessions at the FBI National Academy in Quantico, VA, and leadership training at the National Museum of the Marine Corps in Triangle, VA.
Selection for the NCC is competitive and is limited to executives who hold the position of Police Chief or Sheriff. Session #4 was comprised of 42 Police Chiefs and 6 Sheriffs from 27 different states.
