I would like to welcome our returning and new aldermen representing you on the Board of Aldermen for the City of Ozark.

A new face to the Board of Alderman is Jim Metcalf, who was appointed to fulfill the unexpired term of Third Ward Alderman, Drew Owens. Jim has lived in Ozark for many years but particularly the Waterford subdivision since 2000. He serves as a Field Representative for Atlas Security in Springfield. He is married with two children, one in high school and one in college. I appointed Jim to the position because he is a good listener, a critical thinker, great at problem solving and a wonderful communicator because of his past work experience as a radio announcer. It goes without saying that Jim loves this city and wants what is best for the citizens of Ozark.
